ers. They were pretty awesome. Sean Sexton won first.
After the
BMX-
ers was the skateboarders. HOLY COW!!!! They Skateboard down this practically straight down ramp, do a trick over a 10 foot or more gap, then gain enough speed to go straight up another ramp and try to get the biggest air. Danny Way (a skateboarder) went straight up the 2
ND ramp and when he was coming down he hit his feet on the metal part of the ramp from 20 feet in the air. It was his second run out of five. He hurt his foot, back, and shoulder. Then walked to the medical room. The doctor said he can't go back and finish his runs. He did it anyway. Danny Way placed 2
ND.
The
Dirt bikers were next. My family was rooting for Kyle
Loza. He was recently here in 2007 for the Christ Help Crusade. In Rider for Christ. He was in the X-games last year and did a trick of his own, The Vault. The Vault is when you jump then while in the air turn your body, not the bike, in a full 360. That won him first. This year he decided to do the Electric Death. It's when he does a
back flip on his bike, but the bike
doesn't do a
back flip. He won first again. That kid is like half spider-monkey!!
Those are my family's basses. So far I've learned two songs. Play that Funky Music and a Johnny Cash song that I do not know the name of . I can't wait til we start the all girls worship band at youth group. It's gonna be great. Sorry the picture is so cruddy I've misplaced my camera so I used my phone.
