Anyone know what the heck this is?

Hmm..... Iwas looking through my phones photos and saw this from when Izzi, Crystal, My mother and I went to the zoo in Billings. It kind of resembles my Bearded Dragon.
Sorry I couldn't get a good picture. He is sleeping. His name is Buddy.
